We then sort out the available choices which fit your requirements through estate agent, internet and our extensive network in property field.

We conduct initial due diligence on the tenure and vendor to establish if there are any issues that could be potential hassle further down the process and try to expose all potential issue as possible. Visiting any properties that we think is potential fit and physically inspect it before talking to our clients.

In our professionalism, we provide truly objective advice on each property of the choices. Pre-Offer Survey can be requested by clients to have thorough detail on the targeted properties.

We will arrange all the appointments to view the chosen properties at your convenience. We will accompany you on the viewings, being on hand to offer advice on each. If you are unable to attend any viewings (especially pre-market property at short notice or overseas buyer) we can view on your behalf and provide you with a full viewing report or instant video call to showing around.

We will conduct thorough research to guideline the current market value of the property once we have found your perfect property. Market value would be determined by our experience on recent sales and in depth knowledge of the local area.We would of course discuss the offer and acquisition strategy prior to entering into negotiations so you are fully informed at every stage of the process.

As soon as the offer has been agreed your property search agent will co-ordinate all services to initiate the purchase process. We liaise with the surveyors, solicitors, finance providers and estate agents etc. We manage every stage of the process to ensure a smooth transaction within the agreed time frame.

We will ensure that the various parties have exactly what they need at the right time to reduce the transaction time and prevent unnecessary delays. As soon as at the stage of exchange contracts, we will start to schedule any other services you require along with helping you prepare for your move or start advertise for letting.
